“Thankgod for Claire Grieve! About 5 years ago I started to have sciatica. I have never broken anything so I thought this would go away. It did not. I went to see different Drs. and nothing helped. I saw someone at a famous hospital in NY and got some shots in my back that lasted 2 days. For the last 1.5 years I was living on aleve. It was the only way I could get through the day. I could not stand or walk for longer than 5 minutes without my back starting to bother me. Everyone told me you have to do yoga. I did it but it didn’t really do anything. “Hands down the best yoga class in the city of Los Angeles. I am a relatively impatient person, and often times get frustrated with the yoga classes that are offered at places such as Yogaworks and Equinox. This is not the case at Claire’s yoga class. These semi-private classes invigorate my spirit, body and soul! Each of the classes usually begin with a 45 minute flow, 15 minutes of abs and strength exercises, and finish with a relaxing stretch. Oh ya, how can I not mention the foot massage to the smell of sage, it’s epic! This class is truly one of a kind, and there is nothing like it in the area. Claire does a fantastic job of running the class, and always seems to have a smile on her face. The room is also always at the perfect temperature, and I have never had the problem of getting other gross people’s sweat on me. Namaste”

“I’ve been to several yoga studios in both NYC and Los Angeles and have found Claire Grieve’s class to be the absolute best by far. Class sizes are small and Claire goes above and beyond to make sure each student is doing all of the movements properly and makes adjustments when necessary. She also does an abs segment in her classes which is quite challenging. You get a full body workout and also the calming benefits of any good yoga class. Claire’s warm personality makes everyone feel welcome no matter what level yogi one might be. I look forward to my Claire sessions every week!”
