She underwent extensive yoga training with some of the world’s top yogis and is also a certified health coach. Claire has dedicated the last decade of her life to spreading joy through yoga and wellness. Her growing interest in yoga lead her to begin to explore her health from a holistic perspective and she became inspired to help others on their natural wellness journey and impact the lives of many. In the hustle and bustle of the city life, she helps her clients understand the importance of slowing down by emphasizing practical breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. As someone who has overcome depression, Claire has spent her career educating others on improving their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being while offering a wide array of self-care tips for them to employ.
